Kunětická hora a blízké okolí

Start the tour at the green-marking signpost below Skalní Sklepy (Rock Basements) and follow the green local marking through a valley against the stream of the Stodolní Brook. Then, continue in following the green local marking up to the place where the valley splits into two. Turn right and go straight about 200 m further on till you get to a crossway. On the left, about 10 m from the path, three massive tree stumps are hidden in a high grass near of which three new spruces grows. This place has been called At Three Spruces from time immemorial. Then, follow the green local marking which will lead you from the forest to a plain between the villages of Veselí and Dobešov where there is a crossing of a cart track and an asphalt road. From that place, you can see a stone cross standing at a 100-m distance on the very hillock at the asphalt road. From the cross, go along the asphalt road back to the village of Veselí. After an about 200-m walk, you will reach a hillock of which you can see beautiful views of the Beskyds Mountains and, in the western direction, a part of Odry Hills. In good weather conditions, if the visibility is good all round, you can see the towns of Valašské Meziříčí and Hranice na Moravě with cement works, the watershed monument above Bělotín, the Helfštýn Castle ruins and pilgrimage place Hostýn with a wind power plant of which the turning blades can be seen. On the left side, the Veselí Tower rises. From the viewpoint, go through premises of an agricultural cooperative and you will get to the square of the village of Veselí. Here, you can refresh yourself in the local pub. Then, go up from the village square along the road to Odry. If you turn in the southeastern direction, you can see, in good weather conditions, a beautiful view of the Lysá Mountain, Radhošť Mountain, Kelčský Javorník Mountain and Hostýn Hill. Follow the road and you can go down behind the first house /of the Mateiciuc family/ on the right side, at a stone obelisk, and follow the "veselský chodník (Veselí Path)" all the way to the centre of the town of Odry. The path ends at the Dělnický dům (House of the Working Class) community centre where you can refresh yourself after the tour.
